Return & Refund Policy

You can follow the below steps to return:


1. Drop an email to with the title "Request for Return/Refund (Order no #)" with pictures and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

2. Upon email is received, customer service will further investigate and revert within 3-5 working days.

3. If the return is accepted, kindly proceed to pack the item with the original packaging and send it to:

4. Once the return goods is received by the warehouse, it will go through a Quality Check and a confirmation email will be sent to proceed with the refund.

5. Refunds will be done within 30 days after the confirmation.



  • Refund is only acceptable if the received product has a manufacturing defect. 
  • Refund request to be emailed within 14 working days from the date item received
  • No exchange policy if the size does not fit
  • Mollifix will not be responsible for any loss of shipment during the return transit
